heartfeltshutters do not offer refunds , return & exchange of the item is only available or acceptable when the item received by you has obvious defects and / or the item has been wrongly sent out.

return & exchange of items are unavailable or unacceptable in the following circumstances :

1 ) the size of the item that you have ordered does not fit you

2 ) the item does not "look good" on you.                                                                   

3 ) the item is worn / washed or the item tag is removed

the measurement & the size of the item will be provided in the website , you are advised to measure according to the size measurements before you proceed to place order.

shipping fee for returns / exchange will be bare by buyer.

heartfeltshutters team will review each case seriously , if the above situation is not accepted by both parties , heartfeltshutters will proceed with the amount decided for credit refunds only to offset buyer next purchase & buyer will keep the item.
